Yes. EZ Order Printer adds a “Print with EZ Order Printer” action to the order screen in Shopify POS, so staff can print an invoice or receipt, packing slip, refund or return slip right at the counter.

Yes. Create an automation, choose the Shopify event (for example order paid, order fulfilled or refund created), optionally filter by order or customer tags, and the document is emailed with the PDF attached.

Documents can be printed in 29 languages, including right-to-left languages such as Arabic and Hebrew, and in the currency the customer paid in, with the right symbol and number format.

Yes. Enable the download button and customers get a theme-matched button on their order status and thank-you pages to download the latest version of their invoice.

Not yet. Structured e-invoicing and Peppol delivery are on our roadmap. Today you can already add the VAT and company registration details that EU invoices require to your templates.

EZ Order Printer is free during early access, with every feature included. Any future plan will be billed through Shopify and announced in advance.

Yes. During early access every store gets the full app on the Free plan: all document types, templates, printing, PDF downloads and email automation. There is no credit card to enter.

Every charge for a Shopify app goes through Shopify Billing and shows up on your regular Shopify invoice. We never ask for your card details. On the Free plan there is nothing to bill.

We will announce new plans in the app and by email before anything changes, and early adopters hear first. You will always approve any charge in Shopify yourself; nothing is upgraded without your confirmation.

There is no trial to run out: the Free plan is the full product. If paid plans with a trial are added later, the trial terms will be shown on the Shopify approval screen.

Yes. Uninstall the app from your Shopify admin whenever you like. Your data is handled as described in our privacy policy, including Shopify's data-deletion requests.
